Providing you have all the necessary documentation -original lab- certificate, original/copy of invoice, documents (if any) you can contact our customer support service for the Exchange under Life-Time Exchange Policy
You will get the prevailing gemstone value of the product to be exchanged as Huelane-Credit which can be used to make a new purchase at Huelane. This credit amount will be decided on the condition of the product to be exchanged and after careful examination of the stone by our expert gemologists.
